Art Supplies

We will provide all tools and materials for the classes. You are welcome to bring your own.

What if we cancelled or postponed the classes?

Sometimes, for example when a class does not meet the minimum number of students to start, we will notify you at least one week in advance if a class is cancelled. Classes cancelled by us will be stored as class credits, which can be used later to reschedule/make up the lesson.

Tuition Fee

We receive the tuition through WeChat Pay, Alipay, Zelle, Venmo, Cash, Money orders, and checks. All returned checks and NSF bank drafts will be charged a handling fee of $50.00 per check. All payments are non-refundable unless we initiate it.

Absences & Cancellation

If a student needs to take a leave, except for medical emergencies, please inform us at least 24 hours before the class starts. When we receive the in time, we will hold this class credit to next month or arrange a make-up lesson; otherwise, this class will still be charged. The student can only take one leave per month without penalty.

Late Pick-up Fees

A late pickup fee will be issued if the students are picked up late after the scheduled class time. The late charge fee is $5.00 for first 10 minutes and an additional $5.00 for every five minutes thereafter. We will send you a notification and the fee will be added to your next month’s payment automatically.

​Arrive early

You may arrive at the classroom up to 5 minutes early at the earliest. If you arrive too early, we will charge an additional fee of $5 per 5 min.

Monitoring

For safety and quality control, surveillance cameras may be placed in the classroom. Recordings are automatically deleted after a set retention period. We do not share footage unless required under special circumstances (such as legal obligations).

Parental Observation

To ensure optimal teaching quality and a focused learning environment, we do not allow parents to sit in on their child's classes. We appreciate your understanding.
